Synopsis
Elvire and Monique are sisters. They take part in a ball which is organized each autumn by their uncle, back to their home. While they give in to this rejoicing celebration of circumstance, they suffer from loneliness and untold truths.
Monique’s face is stuck in its usual rictus, and Elvire seems to be driven by an unfathomable melancholy. But the Fates lead them soon to realize what will come tumbling down like a house of card
