Synopsis
A short film by 14-year-old director Pi Wang, we are invited to cross the boundary between the real and the generated, and to enter a space where birds, nature, and humanity resonate in quiet dialogue.
The director has had a deep love for nature since childhood, with his journey spanning multiple countries as he followed birds through forests, mountains, lakes, and wetlands.
The film is composed of both real bird footage he recorded during these travels and AI-generated visuals created from his own field notes and sketches, forming a poetic interplay between feathered reality and imagined vision.
