Synopsis
Phil has a life that looks great on paper: a steady job as a lawyer, an upscale loft, and a fiancée who has every detail of their future meticulously planned. The catch? She’s also his boss, and the more settled his life becomes, the more he feels like a supporting character in his own story. When a brutal mugging leaves him bloodied and humiliated, Phil falls in with a gregarious neighbor and a hard-punching single mother who turn his carefully managed world upside down. He quickly finds himself boxing, getting arrested, and making increasingly questionable decisions as he rethinks his future, finds his backbone, and starts standing up for what he believes in and fighting for the life he actually wants.
